Hey! I’m Danielle…
For over 15 years, I’ve walked alongside people in seasons of growth and transition—first as a mental health professional and later as a software developer and leader in the corporate world. Those experiences shaped how I see people: not as problems to fix, but as powerful individuals capable of profound transformation when given the right support.
Today, I work with high-achieving women who find themselves at a crossroads—navigating burnout, big life changes, or a quiet desire for something more aligned. Through coaching, I help you uncover what’s holding you back, reconnect with your values, and build a life and career grounded in integrity, clarity, and confidence.
I’m not here to give you the answers—I’m here to ask the questions that unlock them. As your coach, I’ll be your fiercest advocate and biggest encourager, helping you create meaningful, lasting results that remind you of the strength, wisdom, and purpose already within you.

When I’m not coaching, you can catch me racing sailboats on Lake Erie. My passion for being on the water started as a kid but learning to sail back in 2020 has ushered in a new way of embracing life. In the summer months, my hope is to bring clients on an immersive sailing experience—where adventure and coaching help leaders connect with vision and confidence despite the conditions we may face on the water.
Although I can’t sail year round where I’m currently located in Cleveland, Ohio, I do love embracing the seasons—hiking in the fall, ice skating in the winter and exploring the globe whenever I get the chance.
My approach to life, leadership, and coaching is rooted in one clear belief, best summed up by St. Irenaeus:
